My wife had a lot of lower back/sciatica pain after having our second child. This Momcozy belly band was really helpful with alleviating pressure/pain she had ranging from her core to lower back while providing support for her doing daily activities with more comfort.
The band itself is soft, fits true to size, and is high quality/durable. We're going to keep this in the event we expand our family.

After giving birth, I was looking for something that could help support my core and ease the pressure on my lower backespecially while healing from a C-section. I decided to try the Momcozy ErgoWrap, and Im genuinely glad I did.
The material is super soft and breathable. I could wear it under clothes all day without feeling restricted or overheated. What I love most is how seamless and invisible it looksno awkward bulges or discomfort, even when sitting or moving around.
It gave me a nice, gentle lift and helped with posture, especially when nursing or carrying the baby. It doesnt roll up or slide down, which was a problem I had with other bands. Its supportive without being bulky, and I actually felt more confident wearing itlike everything was being held together.

She said the support around her core and lower back made a big difference, especially during the first few weeks when just getting around or sitting up could be uncomfortable. Its snug but not restrictive, and the abdominal lift design really seemed to help her posture and mobility.
She also liked that she was able to wear it under regular clothes without it being noticeable, whether we were at home or out running errands.
